We spent a sunny and warm week in Los Angeles at Ji Won’s great home in Lincoln Heights with road trips to family in Pasadena, Hacienda Heights and Newport Beach.
It was the first time Momo had been to Southern California and the first meeting of many cousins, aunts and uncles on both the Kobayashi and Rentz/Bagnaschi family side. We also got to see lots of old LA friends and catch up on eating real, fresh, quality, affordable Mexican, Korean and Japanese food. Oh and there was a Hello Kitty exhibition at the Japanese American National Museum that Momo had to see.
